About the PANCE
The Physician Assistant National Certifying Exam is the NCCPA certification exam for physician assistants: 300 multiple-choice questions in five blocks.
Its blueprint crosses organ systems with task areas such as history and physical exam, most likely diagnosis, clinical intervention and pharmaceutical therapeutics.
