By using Alehundred, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the game. These Terms of Use also serve as the End User License Agreement (EULA) for Alehundred.
Alehundred grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the game for personal, non-commercial purposes. You do not own the game or any of its content. This license does not grant you any rights to modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the game. Alehundred may revoke this license at any time if you violate these terms.
Alehundred is intended for players aged 13 and older. Players under 13 are not permitted to create an account or play. By using Alehundred you confirm you are at least 13 years old. All players provide their year of birth when they first set up the game. Players are assigned to age-based matchmaking pools (ages 13-17, and 18 and older) and are matched with players in their own pool in public matchmaking.
Alehundred includes real-time voice chat and social features such as friends lists, lobby invitations, and player reporting. Voice chat is considered user-generated content (UGC). You are responsible for what you say and how you interact with other players. Voice chat is available for all players and can be turned on or off at any time in Settings. You can mute, block, or report other players.
You may not use Alehundred to:
- Threaten, harass, bully, or intimidate other players
- Share or promote sexual content, grooming behavior, or any form of exploitation, especially involving minors
- Make threats of violence or harm against any person
- Share illegal content or use the game for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the game or other players' experience
- Use automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the game
- Sell, trade, or transfer your account or any in-game content
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Reports involving threats, violence, sexual content, or grooming may be escalated to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
By accepting these Terms of Use, you consent to appear in other players' friends lists and to receive lobby invitations. You can block individual players at any time through the in-game Friends Menu.
Alehundred may offer optional in-app purchases that unlock additional content. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the refund policies of the platform store where the purchase was made (Google Play, Apple App Store, Steam, or other applicable store). Alehundred does not process payments directly.
All content in Alehundred, including but not limited to graphics, audio, music, text, game mechanics, level designs, characters, and trademarks, is the property of Alehundred or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any game content without prior written permission.
Alehundred is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alehundred and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the game, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Alehundred at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the in-game settings menu (Settings > Delete Account) or by contacting contact@alehundred.com.
Your use of Alehundred is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
