About COMLEX-USA
COMLEX-USA is the three-level licensure exam for osteopathic physicians, run by NBOME: Level 1, Level 2-CE and Level 3, passed in order.
The Level 2-PE exam is retired. Clinical skills are now verified through school-based pathways that include directly observed patient encounters.
